Mandi is primarily trained in Ashtanga yoga but likes to mix it up and have fun! She teaches black light yoga (glowga) classes as well as traditional and other non-traditional flow classes.
She has been hula hooping and performing for 3 years. She loves to teach it to others and incorporate it into her yoga classes from time to time to add a fun, new element.
Mandi also holds a Master’s degree in mental health with concentrations in expressive art and movement therapy. She works as a mental health therapist and has been specially trained to use yoga to help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. She leads both group and private yoga therapy sessions. Expect her to keep it fun while incorporating empowering statements to help overcome self-doubt, stress reducing breath work, and mindfulness techniques.
Jessica has been practicing the movement arts of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga & The Method Pilates since 2000 as a continuation of physical and mental well-being after participating in numerous competitive sports since the age of 5.
Jessica is a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute (now Cortiva Institute-Boston). She nurtures her passion for knowledge & teaching as a member of the faculty at Cortiva-Boston as well as a massage therapy consultant for Harvard University Sports Medicine Department.
She is an instructor of Aerial Fabric Yoga & Teacher Trainings through the Yoga Anatomy and Aerial Fabric Yoga Programs. She believes that bodywork & movement therapies (i.e. yoga, pilates) are life essentials for achieving &maintaining balance of mind, body & spirit through the integrated practice of presence, stillness, & mindfulness.
Thirdly off course the Studio would not be complete without the fabulous talents of our instructor
Tami Borelli who also started as a client!
Tami has been teaching classical ballet for over fifteen years throughout southern New Hampshire and her native Massachusetts. She has been a regular staff member at many local studios as well as a Guest Teacher for special programs and workshops. She studied at the Boston Ballet School for many years and was trained there by many notable professional dancers and teachers. Her dance career has spanned more than thirty years and provided many wonderful opportunities, including several years performing in the Boston Ballet’s “Nutcracker”, as well as a performance at Disneyland! Tami holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clothing and Textiles from Framingham State College and has previously worked in the fashion industry. She is excited to be part of Center Stage Fitness & Aerial Arts and to share her knowledge and joy of dancing with others!
And lastly, yours truly, Donna Moison
I grew up in Massachusetts, but have also lived in Kansas, Texas and currently in NH. My interests growing up included: gymnastics, horseback riding, sports, hiking, drawing, and dancing.
I have worked full time as an accountant working for many service and manufacturing companies.
When the company reorganized their personnel my job was eliminated; I was trying to decide what type of career to switch into, I did some research in the field of dance fitness. The internet search for dance fitness produced pole dance fitness as one of the results, I was intrigued. I did a lot research on pole dance fitness and I found that there was a pole dancing certification program. My desire to get back in shape and no employment gave me the incentive to get a certification and open my own dance fitness studio. In January 2007 I received my PDIC (pole dance instructor certification) in May 2008 Center Stage Fitness was operating, I started out subletting space, then in October 2008 I moved into my own studio to offer more classes and events.
We are offering a wide variety of Classes and Workshops as well as any occasion Parties. Our classes and parties include but not limited to: an Aerial Arts Program, Six Stages of Pole Dance Fitness, Burlesque Workshops and Classes, Chair Dancing, Exotic Dance Movement, Chair and Mat Yoga, Pole Barre, Bachelorette Parties, Birthday, and any other event worthy of celebrating. Soon to be added but not limited to: Belly Dancing, Hip Hop, Boot Camps; Kangoo Jump and Group Fitness Classes and Programs for children.
My goals are to have a facility that offers one the opportunity to have all their fitness, entertainment, and spa treatment needs met as well as traveling to other facilities and communities bringing many classes and workshops to help build awareness in fitness and the arts.
I would like to recognize and give thanks to all the amazing studio owners in America and worldwide for their passion and desire to share this art form with others! As well as my own instructors for their tirelessly and creative desire to help build Center Stage Fitness & Aerial Arts to become the best that it can be for many to enjoy and reach their fitness and personal goals.
