Mat Yoga 
A class designed to relieve tension and stress through breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and body postures. Students use their breath to guide their bodies in continuous movement linking several postures together. Students will also have the option to take various modifications to make postures more attainable or more challenging. All levels.  $10 per class.
5 Class Pack – $35.  10 Class Pack – $60.


(Black light Yoga)

Glow as you Flow. Find your inner UV light and let it shine!

Black light yoga (aka glowga) is a modern yoga experience rooted in the ancient practice of yoga. This unique class will take you into a traditional flow, set to an instrumental, tribal house, and soft dubstep playlist; designed to help elevate you while also leaving you feeling grounded.

Black lighting creates an iridescent quality to the room, so please wear white or neon clothing to contribute to the effects.
All levels welcome!
    $20 per class. 5 Class Pack – $70. 10 Class Pack – $120.

Hula Hoop Beginner
Combining the hula hoop with yoga poses adds balance, extends stretches and helps rotate the torso, creating body awareness in a playful new form of exercise. Adding mindfulness and breath to the movements, by inhaling as the hoop moves away from the body and exhaling when the hoop comes close to the body stimulates circulation adding oxygen to the brain and energizes the body and cardiovascular activity.
