Aerial Class Information
We offer events for any occasion which can be either in a group setting or held privately. Each class consists of a warm up, pole instruction and a cool down. Students should wear workout attire and bring bottled water. To ensure a firm grip on the pole, do not apply lotion before a class. New to Center Stage and aerial? Check out our beginner information or aerial class information below for more detailed descriptions and to book a class:
Beginner Aerial
Learn basics to build up core, strength and endurance for climbs, different silk holds even being inverted. You will learn how to get into and out of each movement while building up your confidence to eventually make a fluid routine.
Aerial Hammock
This class focuses on the basic yoga postures and stretches incorporating an aerial hammock silk as an additional prop that allows clients to access poses they not otherwise accomplish. Although this is not a conditioning class this is an all-around workout that will ease the tension in your spine and joints, build core and upper body strength. It will also help you to become more flexible and focused.
People who have heart disease, high blood pressure, vertigo, eye diseases such as glaucoma or are pregnant should consult their doctors first before trying inversions.
